Privacy
Konfigur Studio is run by Konfigur. This page says what Studio keeps about you. Updated 10 October 2026.
What Studio keeps
- Your email address, when you make an account.
- Your name, if you sign in with Google. Studio asks Google only for your name and email address, and gets no access to anything else in your Google account.
- Your password, only as a one-way hash: nobody can read it, including us.
- The address and the name of your Shopify store, when you open Studio from the Konfigur app or connect a store from Studio, and the key the app gives Studio to publish to that store. Studio keeps no password for a store: the app signs you in, and the key can be revoked in the app's settings.
- What you publish to a store goes to the Konfigur app for Shopify, which keeps it with that store's data.
- If you connect an assistant of your own (Claude, ChatGPT) to Studio, a key for it, which you can remove in Settings; and if you write to the assistant inside Studio, what you wrote and what it did.
- The projects and images you add to Studio.
Without an account
You can use Studio as a guest. A guest's projects are kept for 7 days after the last visit, then deleted.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, one keeps a guest's projects with their browser, one lasts a few minutes while you sign in with Google, and one a few minutes while you connect an assistant. Studio has no advertising cookies, no tracking and no analytics. Recent projects and previews are kept in your browser itself.
Where it is kept
On Studio's server in Amsterdam, hosted by Fly.io, which handles your IP address to deliver the pages. What Studio keeps is not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
Deleting
Write to support@konfigur.co from the address of your account: the account and its projects are deleted.
Copies
Studio keeps daily copies of its disk for a short time. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you.
